Q1 – How to place an order?

2. Select the products you need, and put them in the shopping cart and place an order.
3. Payment information will be sent to you via email.
4. Pay for your order offline, then send us a payment receipt.
5. Order will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Q2 – What is your payment options?
We could accept Bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram and Bitcoin. Other payment are not available, please accept our apologies. And the most recommended payment is bitcoin.
The default payment method on the website is bank transfer. If you prefer other payment methods, please let us know when placing an order.
Q3 – How do you ship?

Q4 – How long is shipping time?
It depends on the way we use for your order. Usually orders will be proceeded within only one working day after received your payment. Tracking number and parcel photo will be offered to you after that.
We can use EMS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, Aramex, etc, according to different countries. Usually you will receive your parcel in 5 to 12 business days.
Q5 – Do you ship to Po Box or Parcel Locker address?
Yes, we could ship to Po Box or Parcel locker address.
Q6 – Is signature required when parcel arrived?
If Po Box or Parcel Locker address, no signature. If house address or company address,signature will be required.
Q7 – Do you have any reshipment policy?
Yes, we do have reshipment policy. Due to the customs are different from countries to countries, regions to regions, some are smooth while some are tough, the reshipment policies will be different from orders to orders with different quantities and different from countries to countries. All orders will be reshipped if seized unfortunately 100%. But it may not be in one time, we might need you to cover part of the costs according to order size or reship with new orders placed. And we are able to reship once with free charges.
We do not reship for orders to Brazil and Sweden.
